In this project, students were asked to consider images that have personal significance for them. Tattoos have a long tradition of expressing very personal meaning for people. For most of the students they chose to express a different aspect of their lives or a different part of their personality on each hand. Students considered images, designs, and colors that they might consider having as a tattoo.
