E. Did you proofread your diary and eliminate tired words and phrases?
(using same words and phrases over and over)
F. Did you fix all run-on sentences?
G. Did you eliminate all sentence fragments?
H. Did you eliminate all abbreviations?
I. Have you written out all numbers from one to ten?
J. Did you spell check and proofread the spell checker?
K. Is the quality of the writing excellent from beginning to the end?
L. Does the project include at least one illustration, not counting the title page?
M. Is your illustration neat, colorful, easy to read, and make sense?
N. Does your illustration have a title?
O. Is your diary text neat, easy to read, and in INK?
P. If you typed it, are the margins one inch wide all around?
Q. If you typed it, did you double space?
R. If you typed it, did you use standard fonts (size 12)(no fancy fonts)?
